50+ materials. Selected for performance.
From cost-effective prototyping plastics to fibre-reinforced composites and engineering resins. Each material below lists the printing technology, key properties and typical applications.
FDM — Standard polymers
PLA
FDM · Easy to print, rigid, low warp. Best for concept models, visual prototypes and fixtures.
PETG
FDM · Tough, chemical and humidity resistant. Great general-purpose engineering plastic.
ABS
FDM · Impact-resistant, paintable, acetone-smoothable. Functional housings and enclosures.
ASA
FDM · UV and weather resistant alternative to ABS. Outdoor parts and automotive trim.
PC (Polycarbonate)
FDM · High strength and heat deflection up to ~110 °C. Structural and load-bearing parts.
TPU 95A
FDM · Flexible elastomer with excellent abrasion resistance. Gaskets, grips, dampers.
FDM — Engineering & composites
PA12 (Nylon)
FDM · Tough, fatigue-resistant, low friction. Living hinges, gears, snap fits.
PA-CF (Carbon-fibre Nylon)
FDM · Stiff, lightweight, dimensionally stable. Jigs, fixtures, drone frames.
PA-GF (Glass-fibre Nylon)
FDM · Improved rigidity and heat resistance over neat PA12.
PETG-CF
FDM · Carbon-reinforced PETG, high stiffness with easy printability.
PET-GF (Glass-fibre PET)
FDM · Glass-reinforced PET, stiff and dimensionally stable with good chemical resistance.
PP (Polypropylene)
FDM · Chemical resistant, fatigue-resistant, food-contact grades available.
SLA — Resins
Standard Resin
SLA · Smooth, high-detail surface finish. Visual prototypes and presentation models.
Tough / ABS-like Resin
SLA · Balanced strength and impact, similar feel to injection-moulded ABS.
Durable / PP-like Resin
SLA · Low friction, ductile, good for snap-fits and assemblies.
High-Temp Resin
SLA · HDT > 200 °C. Hot-air ducts, mould inserts, thermal testing.
Flexible / Elastic Resin
SLA · Soft, rubber-like resin for grips, seals and wearables.
Castable Resin
SLA · Clean burn-out for jewellery and dental investment casting.
Clear Resin
SLA · Optically transparent (with polishing). Light pipes, fluidics, lenses.
