SLA · stereolithography
SLA 3D printing for precision parts
Stereolithography cures liquid resin with UV light, layer by layer. The result is detailed parts with smooth surfaces — ideal for prototypes, housings and fine features.
Technical data (guideline)
- Tolerance
- ±0.06 mm
- Layer height
- 25 – 100 µm
- XY resolution
- ~50 µm
- Max build volume
- 200 × 125 × 210 mm
- Min wall thickness
- 0.4 – 0.6 mm
When to choose SLA
When fine detail, smooth surfaces and tight tolerances on small parts matter. As a guideline, SLA corresponds to ISO 2768 Fine.
Resins
We work with engineering and casting resins and will help you pick the right one for how the part is used.
Larger parts
Parts bigger than the build volume can be split, printed as an assembly and joined. For large, tough parts FDM is often the better choice.
How it works
- 01
Send an STL, STEP or 3MF file through the form or the calculator.
- 02
We review the geometry and send a quote, usually within 24 hours.
- 03
After your approval we produce the parts and ship them as soon as they're finished.
