What we collect
When you submit a quote request: name, email, company, project description and any uploaded 3D files. When you visit the site: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps).
Why we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a quote, deliver ordered parts, and meet our legal accounting obligations.
How long we keep it
Quote correspondence: 12 months. Order and invoice records: 11 years (Croatian accounting law). 3D files: deleted within 90 days of order completion unless you ask us to archive them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share only with our shipping carrier (Hrvatska pošta) for delivery and our accountant for invoicing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of these, email info@precis3d.hr.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
