Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern all quotes, orders and services provided by Gloria d.o.o. operating under the Precis3D Solutions brand.
1. Parties
Service is provided by Gloria d.o.o., Josipa Jurja Strossmayera 9, 43000 Bjelovar, Croatia, VAT ID HR42352413780 ("we", "us"). "You" means the natural or legal person ordering services.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 15 days from issue. An order is binding when you confirm in writing (email is sufficient) and we acknowledge it. Minimum order value is 50 EUR excl. VAT.
3. Files & intellectual property
You warrant you have the rights to the files you supply. You retain all IP in your designs. We retain IP in any DfAM modifications we author. We will not reproduce your parts for third parties.
4. Production tolerances
Parts are produced to industry-standard additive tolerances (see Resources). Tighter tolerances must be agreed in writing before production.
5. Delivery & risk
Risk passes to you on dispatch from our facility. Delivery dates are estimates and not contractually binding unless explicitly agreed as fixed.
6. Payment
Bank transfer or card. Business customers receive an invoice with NET 15 terms once a credit relationship is established. Private customers pay in advance.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
8. Governing law
Croatian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bjelovar, Croatia.
